CVC 1000-TS

CVC tablet/ Capsule Counter has a simple and reliable design: tablets or capsules loaded from a stainless steel hopper are arranged by a rotary disc, and detected by optical fiber sensors as they are counted and filled into the container.

STANDARD FEATURES

  • Double head counter with a dual-track conveyor.
  • Output:Tablet (round): 2,000- 4,000 PPM / Capsule: 1,200- 2,000 PPM

  • Equipped with conveying and guiding system, CVC 1000-TS can be perfectly integrated with your existing lines.
  • Dust accumulating port is provided to secure accurate counting. (Vacuum unit is at customer's scope)
  • CVC 1000-TS series have comprehensive applications for colored capsules, transparent round softgel and coated or uncoated tablets.
